How is the price set?
Residential is the default: base + bedrooms + bathrooms + add-ons. Commercial uses a separate square-foot estimate. Recurring savings begin after the first completed visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We work either way depending on your preference. Noor can bring tools, supplies, and consumables, or we can use your preferred products and equipment to reduce cross-home equipment use and honor what you want on your surfaces. If you want guidance, Noor can recommend a simple supply list so you can keep those items stocked.
What if my home doesn't fit the usual mold?
Add a description (or voice-note — we transcribe). We review before confirming. If it needs a custom price, we send a quote you approve before any work happens.
Pets?
Tell us in the booking. Pet-aware cleaners. Small surcharge to cover supplies — waived on the Crown Plan.
Keys, codes, smart locks?
Key drop-off, lockbox code, smart-lock guest code, or homeowner-present. You pick what you're comfortable with at booking; each option is a recorded consent gate.
